Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at BrewDog Tower Hill. ours clear gold with a small, foamy white head. Not bad, has some sweet dry wheat bread, tangy lemon, white bread crust, hay, soft funk, mild yeast expression. Light bodied with average carbonation. Tart finish, more light funk, lemony acidity, pale bread. Not really any green tea, which is fine. Drinks nicely overall.

4 oz. taster at the source. Lightly cloudy golden. Aroma shows mild Brett, tea leaves, odd citrus. Flavor is a reflection. Some funk and light green apple. Decent.

Cask gravity at GBBF 2018.. It pours clear greenish yellow with minimal head. The aroma is soft, sweet, apple, pear, melon, green banana, nougat and cereal. The taste is dry, tart, tangy, plenty of mouth pucker, white wine, lemon sherbet, limey, gooseberry and straw with tangy finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Nice tart tangy finish. Not bad.

GBBF Day 3. Cask. Light haze on this paleish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has a very good fine carbonation. Great condition. Light malts provide a modicum of sweetness. Tart green apple and lemon sherbet. Subtle Matcha before the light crispy finish. Good stuff. Tart and tasty, never fucken acid.
