Goblet in Worcester is a clear orange with some cloudy white head.  Nose has big orange and some pine and C hops.  Soap and honey.  Flavor is malty and sweet, honey, grass and soap, some pine, big citrus rind.  Decidedly old school.  7 4 7 3 13

Can from GBBF 2018 and drunk on a train to Folkestone. Hazy amber colour lasting cream head. Pine resin hoppy aroma. Oh that's a bit sweet. Light in colour and malt but quite sweet still. Bit fizzy in the mouth. Some orange tangerine and pink grapefruit. Yes just too sweet..

Can. Hazy orange - gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth and slightly soft palate. Sweet malts, a little tangy, soft malt cream. Good smooth piney hops, some orange hops and then quite a bitter streak on the back, smooth pith and a light metallic note. Light semi dry finish. Don't hate this but it has a few rough edges.

Pours hazy gold into a shaker. Bright white head with medium retention recedes leaving sheet lacing. Sour pit fruit and resin aromas. Sour sweat, turned apricot and stale hops upfront turning to bitter, hot, overripe fruit pits in the lasting finish. Yuck.

Bottled 7/20/16, drunk 8/31/16.
High clarity to the peachy-golden, lightly copper-tinged body with a medium-sized, off-white head atop showing moderate retention. Sediment left behind in the bottle.
Pretty standard West Coast rendition featuring a guest appearance by some juiciness (rather brief). Cherries, ruby red grapefruit, spicy orange and light pineapple with a bit of excess pine on the very end, though it’s not obnoxiously excessive. Malts show biscuit, light honey-caramel and are seemingly well-attenuated. Maybe just a touch of alcohol graces the finish, as well. The beer is clean.
Expected citrus and light tropical fruit notes in the flavor, as orange, cherry and ruby red grapefruit dominate, though allow minor pineapple/peach notes, as well. There’s definitely a good deal of bitterness, too much for my weak palate but some substantial maltiness does help mitigate this somewhat. Carbonation is low but fairly engaging, sweetness is low to moderate and a good deal of grapefruit and pine bitterness lingers with light alcohol. Nothing interesting/exciting/particularly well-done here, but if you want a standard West Coast DIPA, this is competent.
