Capped 750 from Berkeley Bowl West. Pours mixed ruddy/orange/copper with a froth white head. Aroma is dry and earthy with some red berry. It seems more "moist" than many beer aromas. Tiny bubbles like champagne. Med body plus a little. Flavor is oak, dry, red berry, verging on astringent. Earthy. Seems to have some cherry. Or maybe raspberry. For me the Brett isn't as present as in Orval, but the earthy Brettiness is nice as it is. I'd just like more. For me it's much more saison than sour.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy dark amber orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of brett, with light oak, saison yeast, and a touch of tartness. Flavour is quite spicy, with light cherries, barnyard funk, spicy brett, and saison yeast. Spicy saison yeast, with subtle cherries. Very good.

Light amber colour, without much head. Has a nice stone fruit aroma with mellow brett and a touch of wood. On the palate, some complex brett, light peachy fruit esters, good body. Just a touch of woodiness and acidity in the finish. Good brew. Almost picks up a bit of sharpness in the finish.
