(Draught at Craft Beer Covent Garden, London, 17 Nov 2023) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with citrus, grapefruit and oak wood. Fruity, tart taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, vinegar, oak wood, white wine, herbs and a mild citric bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tart, woody and really tasty. Great beer!

On tap at Port Street Beer House, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is complex and buggy, with plenty of oak, light bugs, and some barnyard funk. Flavour is a bit jumbled, with all sorts of mixed bugs, restrained funk, and lots of woody oak. Buggy, oaky, and blended well. It's certainly good.

11 September 2021. At Summer Belgian Beer Geek Gathering. Many thanks, Klaas & Liesbeth, cheers to the whole crew!
Hazy yellow, thin, off-white head. Aroma of green apple, pear, plum, yellow kiwi, gooseberry. Taste has sour plum, gooseberry & kiwi, soft lactic touches in a herbal-spicy middle. Tart, fruity finish, bit woody, yellow fruits & stonefruit lingering. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Fairly decent tribute to Belgian Sours.
