A strong amber ale. Rich toffee and roasted nut character derived from Munich malts. A generous amount of premium NZ hops are rocketed into each cask creating a complex yet balancing bitter sweet finish.

Bottle at Pre-GBBF: Poured an orange brown with offwhite head. Aroma fruity and malts. Taste is fruity, yeast esters, and malty.

Bottle shared@pre GBBF Shindig, London (04/08/2018) - amber golden coloured pour with an off-white head. Sweet malty and fruity with some weird grassy bretty accents, yeasty, moody vague fruity undertones, pretty rough.

Bottle split at the pre GBBF Shindig '18, thanks, 04/08/18. Hazed golden amber with a decent egg shell white covering. Nose is earthy fruits, dusty, bitter orange, light fart. Taste comprises tangy fruit esters, spice, caramel, toasted grains. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. So very so.

Bottle shared at Chris and Ruth shindig 04/08/2018. Many thanks. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a a lively frothy white head. Aroma is wheat. Bretty infection, grape, orval, dirty grains. Flavour is composed of nutty malts, raisin, mild infection, banana notes. Palate is semi sweet, frorhy carbonation. Creamy. Meh.

[ As Kissingate Metal Cat ].
ABV: 5.8%. Cloudy medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, sweet malt, flowers, perfume. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, flowers. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180804]

Bottle at Chriso. It pours hazy amber with a medium foamy white head. The aroma is sweet, oily, doughy white bread, candy, biscuit and sponge cake. The taste is sweet, bitter, boiled sweets, jelly babies, biscuit, spicy and sponge cake with a dry finish. Medium body and high, foamy carbonation. Quite sweet and candyish.

Bottle at Pre GBBF Shindig 2018. Hazy amber colour lasting cream head. Some malt some fruit some perfume. Some white stone fruit. Not great.

F: big, light tan, good retention. C: amber to coppery, light hazy. A: malty, very fruity, peach, caramel, bread. T: malty, fruity, peach, red berries, bit of cherries, medium body, medium carbonation, good balanced, very nice, enjoyed, 0,5l bottle from the brewery.
