Bottle split at the pre GBBF Shindig '18, thanks, 04/08/18. Light haze on a yellow blonde pour with a decent off white cap. Nose is tangy citric peel, lemon rind, straw, faint yeast, grains. Taste comprises lemon tinged straw, grassy bite, light herb, moderate yeast load, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonatiob, semi drying close. Ok saison.

Bottle shared at Chris and Ruth shindig 04/08/2018. Many thanks. A light hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a sticky white head. Aroma is wheat, straw, lemon rind, apricot. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, hay, lemony zippy, soft white bread, hint of yogurt, peppery.. Decent saison.

Bottle at ChrisO. It pours clear straw yellow with a medium foamy white head. The aroma is sweet, tangy, orange chewits, oily, apricot, yellow plum and tanginess. The taste is drying, bitter, pithy, zesty, tangy citrus, pear, melon, hay, spice and straw and spice with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation.. Fair enough.

ABV: 3.4%. Cloudy medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, celery, sweet malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, lemon - herbs. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, herbs, wheat, saison yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180804]

Bottle from Ica Liljeholmen. Pours straw yellow with a bubbly head. Aroma of hay and lemon zest. Tasty saison, barnyard, lemon, hard carbonation and big bodied for the abv.
