Noble hops and new wave European hops lay down a familiar and citrusy hoppiness.

Keg at a stall at Brixton Pop. Slightly murky dull gold with a thin white head and a light fizz. Biscuit, grass and light floral notes. Thin, but crisp and refreshing. It was what I wanted at the time as a light afternoon thirst-quencher, but really it was rather dull flavourwise.

Keg at the brewery tap room. A pale yellow gold coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is spicy hop, little veg hop matter, hay, prickly pear. Flavour is composed of light grains, bramble, spicy hop, hay, apple. Palate is light and thin, prickly carbonation, dry pithy finish. Not a fan

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours slightly hazy yellow-gold with a thick, creamy white head. Crispy pale grains in the nose, some grass, straw. Light sweet flavor with more grassy hops, biscuity malts, grain husk. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean and dry on the finish, with more bitter grass, husky grains, lemon rind, biscuits. Crisp and refreshing.

Keg at BD CJ. It pours clear pale gold with a small white head. The nose is earthy, grassy, floral, sweet lemon, lemon verbena, straw and hay. The taste is crisp, pretty bitter, lemon peel, grapefruit rind, peppery spice, straw, barnyard, grassy vibe, straw and mild astringency with a drying finish. Light body and fine carbonation. Lacks a bit of finesse. There is a grassy farmyard character coming through which doesn’t suit this style.
