Triple IPA TDH. D'une couleur jaune paille tirant vers l'orangé, cette bière au corps bien rond confère des notes de fruits à noyaux, d'agrumes bien mûrs avec une amertume assez présente.

On-tap: Poured a cloudy/hazy yellow color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops notes with some juicy hoppy notes with some tropical notes. Taste is also a good mix of citrus and tropical hops notes with some juicy hops undertones and some residual sugar notes with light warming alcohol notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Solid triple IPA.

(375ml bottle from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours murky dull brownish orange with a fine cream coloured head that is stable with a bit of lace. Aroma of grapefruit, some orange peels, backing of sweeter peach/mango, a bit of doughy malt, punchy resins and a hint of alcohol. Flavour is semi-sweet up front but not overly so for a TIPA, with grapefruit and papaya/melon dominating and backing orange and peach, slightly doughy cereals to the malt, ample resin, becoming dry into the finish with prominent boozy warmth on top of strong resin with notes of grapefruit peel and light pine. Aftertaste rather hot and dry from the alcohol and resins. Medium bodied, with soft creamy carbonation. While avoiding the sugary side of the TIPA spectrum, it definitely lands on the boozy side.
