Sweet, smooth and floral hoppy with some hints of tropical fruits, herbal notes and earthiness, hints of stingy grassy notes and bitterness. Okay.

Hazy golden colour with a warm light-yellow frothy head, good retention and some creamy lacing left. Citrus (orange, lemon) zest aromas. The mouthfeel does get dry in the finish, after having a little zing hop spiciness. Again, citrus zest, peel with a touch of their juiciness. Grassy notes do come eventually in the nose. Maybe other tropical fruits that blend with the rest. Not my favourite DIPA from them, but still pretty good.

473mL can, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is full of pitted stone fruits, tropical fruit, pith, chalk, and some dank hops. Flavour reveals earthy and dank hops, stone fruits, tropical notes, and a little chalk. A little too muddled but not here's a nice vibrant fruitiness to it. Very good.

Can: Poured a cloudy/hazy yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tropical undertones and citrusy hops notes with some dry leafy hops notes. Taste is a mix of tropical notes with some leafy hops notes and citrusy hops undertones with a dry aftertaste. Body is full with limited filtration and good carbonation. Enjoyable and not as sweet as some of their other IPAs.

(473ml can from Luc, thanks!) Aroma conveys a delightly floral hop profile with passionfruit, lychee, red berries, melon, pink grapefruit, fresh grass and light dank weed bursting out of the nose. Flavour along similar lines, with nice dry cereals giving a canvas for floral tropical fruit, mango/stone fruit juiciness, light melon, berry sweetness with a suggestion of acidity, good clean grassy earthy dank balance mid sip onwards, light cereal presence into the bone dry finish which is quite grapefruity with tropical florals and grass persisting and a light bitterness for balance. Medium plus body, oily, fairly soft smooth carbonation. Excellent hop blend here, and well-brewed by BdBC to create a balanced and complex DIPA. Great one!
