A deep dark stout with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with vanilla, coconut, flowers, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, vanilla, coconut cream, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at brewery.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Dark brown with small beige head. Cocoa and toasted coconut. It's a bit thin in the mouth, but actually makes it very drinkable with all the flavour. Alcohol is very hidden.

750mL bottle, pours a deep dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is full of coconut and figs upfront, with a touch of cocoa. Flavour is loaded with coconut upfront, followed by dried fruit, and secondarily, brown sugar and molasses. The flavours are nicely integrated, yet the palate is extraordinarily light—quite thin and silky. Very interesting that a 10% imperial stout could be this light on the palate, yet still deliver in the flavour profile. Very nice... unusual.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a large dark brown foamy head with OK retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of sweet fudge notes and coconut is quite pleasant. Taste is also a mix of sweet fudge notes and coconut with some residual sugar notes. Body is thinner than what I would expect for the style with good carbonation and light warming alcohol notes. Not bad but lacking a bit of body.
