Tight white head stayed on a slowly carbonating clear amber coloured body. Malt, tea & sweet aroma. Medium bodied, soft on the tongue thinning out to a clean dry back. Stone fruit, caramel, citrus & biscuit tastes. Standard.

25/7/2020. Bottle from Beer Cockermouth (beergb.com), and shared with the SHIG at our second Cumbrian bottle share. Pours slightly hazy gold with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of butter, grain, cardboard, caramel and touch of fruit. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, slight watery texture, above average carbonation. Skunky finish. Not good.
