An endearing light malt and fruity hop nose over a golden brown coloured beer with a fine, frothy white head. A really well blended, refreshing hoppy IPA. Taste profile features kiwi, lemon and other citrus elements in the hop presence. A light biscuity malt combines with the hops for a refreshing, clean mouth feel. Solid balances in this beer. Well done!

Bottle from Drankenspeciaalzaak Jelle, Leeuwarden. Piney and citrussy hop aroma with sweetish orange, malt, and a touch of caramel. Resinous and bittersweet, medium body. Classic oldskool West Coast IPA, tasty. I don't understand the low average.

Shaker pint draft at The Stray Dog Bar & Grill in New Buffalo, Michigan. The pour is a clear copper orange with a minimal off white head. The aroma is floral sweet, along with some cereal malt. The taste is the bright orange citrus, fruit floral and some fruit stripe gum. The palate is medium bodied with soft natural carbonation and a fruit peel softly bittersweet finish.

12 ounce can from Tadych's Iron Mountain, 10/25/20. Moderate gusher. Hazy orange, large foamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of strong sweet orange, butter. Taste is orange, vanilla, pale malt, pine. Medium bodied. Bought it last month but turns out it was over a year old. I'll give it the benefit of the doubt. It's way past its prime but it seems like it was once a tasty beer.

Can $2 at vintage estate. Pour is slightly amber and hazy with a big foamy rocky head. Nose is sweet mild hop candy. Taste is big dull difficult hops. Probably more like a stronger dull APA than an IPA. JMHO. Yes, one big dull mouth coating APA/IPA. Date code is 8/5/19, so much for the hoppy freshness, heheheh. That's probably why it tastes like it does, aged IPA for heaven's sake. Weird IPA finish, simply on style for a ruduss maximuss stupid straight up style. There, you have it. A beer that is on style. Perhaps a little warming sensation on the finish, just barely. Terrible bitter lasting ending. Mouth-coating, or ah, did I say that already?

Sunday evening 26th Aug 2018, the train home from Birmingham; four blokes sharing six beers, this was one of them. 12fl oz's, misty orange body, smooth white pillow of foam on top. Tropical fruits in both the aroma and taste, grapefruit sourness/bitterness, pineapple sweetness; all on a solid semi-sweet malty base, nice.

Bottle or can shared on the train back from the Brim Bimble, August '18. Pours a hazed amber, off white crown. Taste presents resinous pine, caramel, herbal notes with additional marmalade, drying bitter close.

22/7/2018. Bottle shared at BrewDog, Newcastle. Pours attractive deep amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of fruit, malt, hops, pine and caramel. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. More a traditional than modern IPA. Quite enjoyable.
