Can: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a large dark brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of roasted malt with some black chocolate notes and light vanilla is quite nice and enticing. Taste is also a mix of roasted malt notes with some black chocolate notes and light vanilla notes. Body is full with good carbonation and no real apparent alcohol notes. Coconut notes are not as dominant as I was expecting but nevertheless great standard imperial stout.

Almost pitch black, dark brown colour with a bubbly darker mocha-coloured head, decent retention and leaving some dirty lacing. Roasted-chocolate malt base nose with cocoa notes and coconut. Hints of vanilla in the background. The mouthfeel is slick, smooth, oily, but gets to end up very dry, bitter with some light tart left on the tongue. The roasted malt taste is so hopped, the bitterness, grassiness just takes over the coconut, cacao nibs and vanilla. These do slightly show up... way after the hops smooth out in the finish. Hints of coffee is left. So, seems like a really sweet dessert Imperial stout at first, but no - a very bitter, hoppy Impy stout.

A deep dark stout with a thin brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, vanilla, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, light coffee, pleasant and smooth, alcohol warmth, very nice.
