(Draft at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 22 Feb 2025) Cloudy golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity nose with tropical fruit, citrus, pineapple, grapefruit and peaches. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, tropical fruit, pineapple, lemon peel, passionfruit, peaches, white bread and a mild citric/herbal bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Soft, juicy and well balanced NEIPA. Great beer!

Tap at Peders Turns 8 - Vol 1, Copenhagen 06/12/2024 Punchy juicy fruity with lots of papaya and mango, pomelo, orange and some nice mosaic induced blueberry accents chiming in, sitting upon a sweet soft creamy malty backbone, with a balanced bitter assertive hoppy finish. Lovely.
