Draught at the brewery, 8/4/17.
Moderately hazy, lemon-lime-tinted golden/brass with a rapidly-fleeting, off-white head.
Big bursts of earthy, zesty, lightly acidic and very juicy guava match perfectly with the moderate, controlled dose of lactic acid here (as usual, for this series). Though it's fruit-forward, nothing dominates and light cereal-like wheat softens things in the background. Long, authentic, beautifully-executed guava lingers on the finish; infinitely sniffable. No alcohol or flaw.
In the mouth it's tart, moderately acidic with a good punch of lactic acidity chipping at the palate. Soft wheat and juicy, lightly sweet guava sugars quickly aid in balancing and a wonderful balance is achieve, though the beer still finishes lightly puckering, dry and zesty, as it should. Moderate to moderately-high carbonation, but very tight, keeping the perceived body very light and refreshing on the finish. Well-attenuation, not overdone or fake in its lacto presentation. One of the best weisses they've done in quite a while and probably overall (though they're all so damned good).

750 ml shared by Willrunforbeer! Pale yellow color, thin wispy head. Aroma is huge guava, like boat loads. And light dry citrus. Flavor is lemon rind, big guava. I mean, very light tartness, almost sweet. It is a whole lot of juice. Very light bodied with to much juice... ok.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours hazy dim yellow with a small, creamy white head. Good snout, rife with guava, lemon, passion fruit. Light sweet flavour with moderate acidity, a little sweat, lemon. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Clean finish, with further quenching acidic bite, hints of vinegar, more guava, lemon, tangerine. Good one.
