The Alchemist - jasne American IPA, przygotowane na wzór reprezentantów stylu ze Wschodniego Wybrzeża USA. Wyraźnie wyczuwalną słodycz przynosi starannie opracowana słodowa podbudowa, skontrowana przez wysoką goryczkę. Dodane na zimno amerykańskie chmiele przynoszą cytrusowo-owocowe akcenty w aromacie.

Gold colored beer with low head. Cloudy. Citruses in the aroma, also bubblegum, and slight basil hint. High bitterness, low to medium sweetness.

Bottle, 6.4%. Fruity aroma, sweetish grapefruit. Hazy dark golden colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour is also fruity at first. Has a fairly rough bitterness, but not too unpleasant. Some vegetable notes in the finish.

Bottle. Pours hazy full amber with small off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with fruity and bready touches. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of malt, bread and touches of dia and caramel. Bitter, quite in an unpleasant manner. Drinkable but not very impressive.

Flaska från Ebrowarium drucken med ölföreningen. Smak och doft av humle, malt, citrus, granskott med toner av persika. Torr, lagom sötma, fruktig, tydlig beska.

Very nice and mildly hoppy IPA. More of an English rather than an American IPA due to the rather mild hoppiness and bitterness. Very nice and very drinkable, has a nice aroma and flavour profile dominated by herbal and floral hops rather than pine. Nice!

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, spices, hops, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, spices, and hops, leading to a bitter finish.

Butelka. Barwa jasnego złota (bardzo jasne jak na east coasta). Piana średniopęcherzykowa, dość trwała. W aromacie dość bogato, ale średnio intensywnia, po kolei: brzoskwinia, morela, nafta, cytrusy, zioła. W smaku wcale nie jest tak słodko jak ostrzega etykieta. Tym bardziej, że goryczka jest na prawdę konkretna, ale jednocześnie nie przesadzona. Wysycenie średnie. Bardzo pijalne, zniknęło ze szkła aż za szybko.

From tap. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty, caramelish. Sweet malty. Lingering toasted and caramelish malty finish. Sweet and toasted into the far finish.

Sampled @ Festival Dobrego Piwa Wroclaw 2017. Trübes dunkel goldgelbes Bier mit einer geringen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch ist sehr hopfig bitter, grasig. Geschmack ist sehr hopfig, grasig, Aprikosen, okay.
