Brewery draught, 11/20/22. Clear, brassy blonde, medium sized white head quickly to ring. Fruity yeast and hop sweatiness with light orange and mild pine. Clean and malty, seemingly quite dry. Fruity, dry, malty, clean, pine-and-citrus. Ample bitterness. Prototypical APA.

Goblet pours a translucent gold, with a ring of white head. Nose is zippy with grass and citrus zest, lightly floral. Flavor has some sweet notes, honey and malt, herbs, grasses, citrus zest and some orange juice. 7 4 7 3 13

Taster pour at the brewery. Appearance is clear yellow without sparkle, thin ring of off-white head and no lacing. Aroma is citrus, herbal, grassy. Taste is as aroma with less citrus and more dank earth. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with thin, frothy texture, soft carbonation and dry finish. Overall, not an in-your-face beer but the brewer was going for a mellow, relaxed feeling in honor of Hank. They nailed it.

Keg at Lui Lui’s - West Lebanon, NH. Pours clear, bright gold with a creamy, white head. The nose has pithy citrus, lemon peel, dried pale malts. Light sweet flavour with dominant flinty minerality, more pithy citrus, rindy bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with more mineral flint, faint ash, lemon peel. So so overall.

32 oz. growler purchased at the Exeter Farmers Market. Slightly hazy gold with some head retention. Aroma is light lemon and orange with a bready malt.

Flavor is sweet with the bready / doughy malts with the lemon / orange citrus showing up in the finish. Pretty grainy. Lighter side of medium in body with bitterness being in the very low range.

On tap at Granite State on tap. Lightly hazy with lots of fruity citrus and pine. Light astringency but a nice drinker.
