A West Coast Style IPA straight outta' the Midwest! Our non-alcoholic take on the OG IPA style is brewed with Cascade, Centennial and Simcoe hops for an old-school citrus and pine profile and, of course, none of the alcohol!

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 21A adapted: non-alcoholic). Can 35.5 cl - Batch undeclared (BB: undeclared). AROMA: medium-high hop aroma (pine, grapefruit, slight mint). slight must background. APPEARANCE: yellow color and hazy. medium moussy white head, with ok retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium hop flavor (pine, grapefruit, slight lupulin). slightly-sweet malty background with faint must notes balanced with medium to medium.high bitterness. finishes semi-dry to dry and somewhat bitter. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low to low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a nice NA IPA.

Dull dark gold, with chill haze, and a weak medium head. Smells like orangey malt extract. Good body for style, and the bitterness seems about right. Lack of malt sugars. Orangey hop. I feel like non-alc brews spend a lot of effort figuring out how to cover up the genre's weaknesses, and this does a good job of that.

Ridiculously hazy deep beige and orange coloured body with a very nice, slightly soapy tan head, about three centimetres tall that stays afloat nicely above the 95 per cent opaque raw honey body, but leaves a pretty ugly lace on the sides as it disappears. Aroma of very strong citrusey, grassy and super dank hop notes with seemingly a good deal of sugars and malts - very nice in the nose! Light to Medium-bodied; Very nice juicy and dank hop notes show at first and give off some floral notes with a lot of pine and resin, some pleasant sugars and a kick of full oranges on the end - very nice and quite dank - especially for a Non-Alcoholic option! Aftertaste shows some good malt body, but the hops are great here, showing dank notes throughout and a good citrus finish. Overall, this is easily the best N/A beer I've had this year and almost makes you forget there is no alcohol here at all, because of the rich malt backbone, dank fresh hops and good complexity somehow! The only downside is the price - much MORE expensive than a real twelve ounce can of a West Coast IPA! I'd get this again or others from Untitled Art, but just for this N/A month of mine - great to have this one! I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from R&L Liqours in Lewes, Delaware on 19-February-2023 for US$3,75, 'born on' 06-September-2022 and sampled at my house here in Washington on 13-March-2023.

Fresh and older cans. Lightly hazy brass. Huge, frothy, well-retained, white head. Smells like a healthy dose of non-resinous pine with a soft, fruity yeast and round, sweet base malts. No big resin nor crystal/caramel malts. I feel like the house yeast is English or english-derived, but they've tried to hop it like a WC. In the mouth it's soft, fruity, malty and good attenuation with light pine, plentiful grapefruit and lingering yeast ester. Fresh, this tastes closer to a NE or hybrid, but with age, it approaches a softer WC. Well-made regardless.

12 oz can poured. A somewhat cloudy, lighter golden appearance, with plenty of lasting foam head. Flavorful malt forward IPA here. Above average flavor level within the NA style. Rich caramel malts. Subtle grassy hop hints throughout, but this ends on a bready, sweet grain. Aroma is much of the same. Smooth brew here. Has a couple off flavors here and there, but this was overall a solid NA brew.

Enjoyed at home after work on a cool night pre December. For the style this is just ok but considering itβs NA its a bit impressive. More like a hybrid IPA / english bitter, but has a decent flavor profile to make it convincing.
