500 ml bottle shared by Tom, thank you!! . Aroma of light noble hops, straw and funky yeast. Similar flavor, adding mild to moderate sweetness and light funk. Medium body with a crisp texture. Nicely dry. Awesome!

Bottle pour from The Beer Store, Salem. A lightly hazy golden yellow with light sparkle, thin cap of head quickly fading to a ring and light lacing. Aroma is cereal grain, Pilsner malt, funk, light fruit. Taste is strong molasses, funk, toasted cereal. Smooth, thick, average carbonation and finish as taste. Everything this style should be. Very well done!

Pours slightly hazed gold into a willi. Bright white head with medium retention turns soapy as it recedes to mottle surface. Sweet biscuit and hay aromas. Soft and thin with warm biscuit, hay and sourdough upfront turning to slight cardboard before the earthy, lasting bitter bark and root finish. Darn, wanted to really like this one...

Nice stuff. Grass, hay, strong dose of noble hops. Nice barley flavour here. Light lemon. Golden pour with frothy head. Crispy bitter end. A touch of booze. Bottle.

Undated bottle drunk 5/26/23. Clear golden. White head to cover. Just a by the books maibock. Sourdough, leafy, herbal hops with honey-like malt and crisp yeast. Clean no alcohol. Soft, malty, light syrup and sweetness. Honey, white bread. Sourdough. Herbal and spicy hops. Clean, mineral, more sourdough.

On tap at the Roost during the event with Schilling and Eggenberg. Clear orange with a big cap of white head. Nose is malty with some booze, oranges, a little candy. Flavors same. Bang on for style. 7 4 7 4 14
