Sample, thanks fonefan! Viscous black, no head. Very sweet with full body and viscous mouthfeel. Lots of treacle, some whiskey and caramel. Maple syrup and treacle dominates. Woody, sticky, warming finish.

Thanks fonefan! Black colour with a small white head. Aroma is chocolaty, some roasted, mild liquorice with some slight plum, mild figs and a bit aloe veraish easiness to it. Flavour is liquorice, some plum, mild chocolate syrup with some toasted, smoky and mild herbal tones. A bit alcohol and some wooden whisky tones to it too, mostly felt on burning on the gums, not so much in flavour. Intense in a way, but remains on a drinkable, but more to the sipping level.

Aroma is pineapple, coconut, bourbon. Thick, creamy, loads of flavor, warms with each sip. Slightly sweet but not diabetes in a glass. 1454/2000

500 ml bottle. 2021 Numbered bottle shared by Chalumeaux. Aroma is mild bourbon, natural pineapple, roast. The aroma is awesome! Flavor is toasted coconut, mild roasted backbone. It gets kind of sweet but still pretty nice overall. Tasty!

Bottle 1454 of 2000, 2021 vintage, thanks to TJ, drunk 5/6/23. Maroon, mahogany, tan head to ring. Pineapple is light but apparent, with vanilla, chocolate, fudge, pepper, green bell pepper. Bourbon. Soft, malty, not viscous. Coconutty, pineapple juice and big fudge, caramel, chocolate. Very, very sweet. I want to like this more but it's so God damned sweet

Bottle. Pours opaque black, small dark brown head, good lacing. Aroma is roast, cocoa, bourbon, vanilla, coconut. Flavor is full sweet, light bitter, hint of citric acidity. Full body, silky mouthfeel. Second rake 1/23. Better. Loverly
