seems closer to an ipa to me than a pilsner. But what ever it is its quite nice

My first beer from this brewery and didn't expect to see them in a Beer52 box considering some of the prices of their brews. Still a Pilsner is probably not their USP. Pours clear gold with clean white consistent white top. Aroma has that nice gooseberry hint you can get from some NZ hops, fairly clean malts with some graininess. Taste is quite floral with gooseberry, Cornish wafers, pepper, lemon and grass. Mid bodied, drying. More of an Indian Pale Lager style due to the hopping. Good.

Can from Beer52. Clear golden body with a thick white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of grain and lemon. Flavour of floral hops and a steely, bitter finish. Thin to medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. It’s a touch sharp but decent overall.

330ml can from Beer52 - Pours a lightly hazed golden colour with an average sized foamy white head. Aroma is grassy with some floral notes. Crisp and drying mouthfeel, grassy, sweet herbal, sweet pale malt flavours with some peppery notes in a light bitter finish.

[33cl can from Beer52 as Omnipollo Carlos Worldwide New Zealand Pilsner.] A hazy straw coloured pour with a fast fading white head; aroma of grass and grapes; fruity taste with some berries; and a little pepper to finish.

Moderately hoppy, herbal, wild herbs, meadow herbs, berries. Smooth, light body, bready, soft citrus notes, malts, honey. Light finish, light bitterness, abrupt finish.

330ml can (as Carlos Worldwide New Zealand Pilsner( at 4.8% ABV)). BB 18th October 2024, drank at my Dada's on 16th January 2024. Mini-haze to the golden body, white head. Citrussy feel to both the aroma and taste, winey gooseberry flavours.

Can from Beer52. It pours lightly hazy pale yellow gold with a small, but sturdy white head. The aroma is fresh, clean, floral, daisies, custard creams, crispy, snappy, grassy and doughy white bread. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, pleasing bitterness which lingers, straw, grassy, floral, peppery spice and cracker with a drying finish. Average body and fine, prickly carbonation. Crispy, bitter and flavourful. Might kinda beer.
