Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2016, [ Great British Beer Festival 2016 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Gloucester Apollo ].Clear medium orange colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, caramel, apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, fruity malt, pale malt, apple, dough, yeast, floral. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160809] 5-3-5-3-11

Cask @ GBBF 2016. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity malty spicy citrus hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy citrus hoppy finish.

GBBF Day 2. Cask. Hazy gold beer, big bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Light malts, smooth. Nice light floralness. Floral orange and a touch of lemon. Light floral finish. Nice.

Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Blonde with a creamy-frothy head. Has a healthy citrus burst and an easy-drinking texture.

Sampled @ GBBF day 1. Hazy yellow color, average sized white head. Smell and taste malts, nice moderate hoppiness, moderately bitter, slightly floral and blossomy. Not bad.

3.9% Cask handpull at GBBF 2016. Clear gold colour lasting white head. Leafy hoppy tannin. Really fresh. Lovely. Fresh hoppy flavour good. Good hop tannin.

Cask-conditioned at TANK, Gloucester 5/8/2016. Pale gold in colour, with a decent, white, head. Grassy hops, light, biscuity malts, tropical fruits and lingering, dry, finish. Enjoyable.
