Thanks to blender! 750 ml. bottle tasted @ RBBSG 2018. Dark brown amber. Nose is sourish mocha, chocolate, sour grape. Taste is sour mocha, chocolate, red grape, strange mix, stout is a bit too thinned out & lambiek hasn’t fully set in yet & no clear lambiek for now, thinned out body. I think that this needs more time for me, the brett needs to eat more things.

Bottle sampled at Carnivale Brettanomyces. Slight hazy dark mahogany with beige head. Light roast, sour berries, quite lactic, blueberries, Black currants, light creamy pastry with berry dessert cookie thingy, ash, light hay. Medium sour, under medium sweet and bitter. Over medium bodied. More sour and less stout then the other version. I like this slightly more.
