Can, best before 8/11/24, drunk 5/21/24. Clear, dark brass-golden. Small, white head, steadily to ring. Spicy, clean, bright German hops in the nose with dainty, honey-like malts. Quite malty up front with expansive carbonation and plentiful floral and grassy hops. Spicy, moderate bitterness with a snappy, lager-like finish with more bitterness lingering. Well-hopped, clean, nice and malty with good dryness.

Draft at Paragon, 2/9/24. Clear gold, strong white head / lace. Decent lace. Grains, grass, spice. Tons of flavor. Really nice.

Can thanks to William. Pours a hazy yellow gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is grain, grass, biscuit. Slick body, toasted grain, grass, dough, nice crisp finish, very good.

Enjoyed at the brewery, April 25th 2023. Clean, golden colour with a lively carbonation, a nice white frothy head that stays the whole time, and lots of lacing. Beautiful, fresh herbal nose over straw, spicy malts. The spiciness continues in the taste, lingering with the blended sweetness of the malts. The grassy hops comes out in the dry finish. A very nice, balanced, spicier Pilsner that goes down very, very well.

On tap at von Trappe Family Lodge. Brassy gold color. Creamy white head. Bready malt aroma has herbal notes. Bready malt flavor has spicy, fresh herbal notes. Clean and crisp. Very well made.

12 ounce can from Beer Run, 8/6/22. Hazy yellow, large white head, good retention. Aroma of bready malt, white bread, green hops. Taste is bready malt, lemon, green hops. Crisp, well balanced. Nice.
