Collaboration with Oliver's Cider and Perry. Foxbic was made using the turbid mash method in the style of traditional Lambic producers. The wort was fermented with Foxwhelp apple juice by cider lees in old oak barrels for eight months. The resulting blend was then bottle conditioned and aged for a further eight months prior to release, making this a true blend of traditional brewing and cider making techniques.

Taste comprises green berry jizz stain, wood must, funk, barnyard, lemon rind, apple core, grape must. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light acidic ripple. Solid well balanced and quaffable sour ... great depth of flavour for the ABV.

The great pre GBBF bottleshare at ChrisO’s. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has decent carbonation. Light malts. Modest lemony sourness into distinctive cider vibes. Trace of pear. Light cider finish. Intriguing crossover beer.
