Bottle at C&R Pre-GBBF Tasting 2017. Cheers Leighton! It pours cloudy orange with a medium white head. The aroma is funky, musty, big brett character, ripe stone fruits, bready, sugary, metallic twang and barnyard. The taste is dry, bitter, earthy, musty, orange marmalade, loads of fruity brett, earthy, barnyard, gooseberry, oak and sherbet with a dry finish. Medium body and high foamy carbonation. Founds this to be flavoursome and rather fun. Good stuff.

The great pre GBBF bottleshare at ChrisO’s. Hazy amber beer, good cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Light and savoury brett intersects well with modest red wine. Light and bitterish finish. Simple stuff but it works.
