500 ml from the Tavour. Aroma is vanilla, mild oak, soft banana. Thankfully it has a good attenuation. Vanilla and banana are not overpowering at all. Mild toffee and oak. Quite good and glad I didn’t wait any longer to open this!!

Bottle shared by AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! Dark, cola brown with thin head, trace lacing. Aroma is strong bourbon, vanilla, banana, milder coconut w/deep inhale. Taste is strong initial bourbon and vanilla over banana and coconut. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Well balanced. Delicious.

2024 bottle shared by AFH on 11/23/24, thanks, Chris. Clear, dark amber-auburn-chestnut. Small head immediately to bubbles. Smells pretty strong. Vanilla-forward with big rich bean character. Floral and liquor notes with authentic banana behind it. Don't think any booze. Malt maybe a touch timid though there's good caramel and toffee. Rich, soft, sweet, rich vanilla, rich banana. They meld together with toffee malt and spicy bourbon. Oh yeah, this is working...chewy but not syrupy body. Sweet but not sugary or cloying. Actually surprisingly lighter than expected. Great attenuation. Peppery bourbon and rich vanilla lingering. Going to be fantastic for years to come but delicious now.

500ml (thx, Brian!) @ Sales Force. Appearance: brown with a beige head. Aroma: dried bananas, cake-ish, sweet, vanilla. Taste: along the same lines, a bit boozy, nice bananas with chocolate. Overall: good one.

Medium brown, no head. On the nose, light banana, some toffee, and kind of boozy. There's banana on the palate, but then it slides into boozy bourbon, more banana, a bit of brown sugar, and then some vanilla. I get the dessert thing. I am also liking the treatment here, even if this isn't my favourite adjunct character.

500mL bottle. Pours brown with thin beige head. Aroma has a bready sweetness; brown sugar, banana, vanilla. Like a banana drenched in melted brown sugar. Flavour, again, has brown sugar, vanillla, bourbon, dates. Fantastic banana beer.

500mL bottle, pours a dark brown with a reddish tinge and a small beige head. Aroma has plenty of banana toffee pudding, followed by a touch of oak and bourbon. Flavour is dominated by banana toffee -- like a banoffee pie -- with gentle bourbon and some condensed milk. Flavour is rich, with liquefied banoffee pie, condensed milk, some brown sugar, and a touch of vanilla. Finishes with sweet brown sugar, toffee and banana. If you're gonna put banana in a beer, this is about as good as it can get.
