16 oz can. Thanks to willrunforbeer! Aroma is lightly pils malt. Honey-ish with fresh cut grass. Flavor has a decent amount of honey malt and baked bread. Bitterness is low with a nicely crisp texture over the mouth. Nice refreshing quality about it.

Pours slightly hazed yellow gold into a willi. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Sweet biscuit and hay aromas. Crisp with sweet citrus and hay upfront turning to earthy straw and pine in the medium length finish.

Draught at the brewery, 10/3/24. Clear blonde. Small, slightly creamy, white head, slowly to partial cover. A very bright, peppy, peppery nose with a good deal of citrus and a solid backing of biscuit and dough. Clean and clear, with no aggressive notes, just bright, dainty hop. In the mouth it's malty, well-attenuated, clean. Not over-hopped. Pepper, citrus, biscuit...mellow but with bright hops.
