Dry hopped with Mosaic, Ella, & Vic Secret, Maho Bay throws off some bright and bold notes of pineapple and tropical stone fruit with a very smooth and refreshing finish.

16 oz can. Aroma has bold pineapple with perhaps a papaya hint. Flavor has a good amount of tropical fruit upfront with a mild underlaying of grass and pine. Thankfully, no obnoxious resin is found here. Sort of an East Coast versus West Coast hybrid IPA. Fruit and pine is balanced. ABV is masked well.

Canned 7/19/24, drunk 8/11/24. Deep bronze-maize-golden. Very hazy. Large, off-white head. Good retention. Very juicy, lightly spicy, lots of honey-like and white bread-like malts to easily balance. Hint of a PNW edge to it, adding some depth and more balance. Clean, not resinous nor boozey. In the mouth it's spicy, with a strong pine undercurrent. Some drying Galaxy-like character balances the rich maltiness. White bread and succulent honey with a sprucey-spicy edge to it. Pretty good balance but this is still quite bitter/drying for almost a month old. Can't imagine what this would have been like fresh. Still hate Galaxy, but this is well-done. As an addendum, it's not Galaxy, it's two other Australian hops, Ella and Vic Secret, which I've always thought to be great, but maybe they're over-produced too, these days? Whatever the case, it's too much dry acid.

Can picked up from Craft Beer Shop online and consumed at home Saturday 22nd June 2024 listening to Hinds. We had a Greek night tonight, Souvlaki, Village Sausage (a wonderful long Sausage from Greece), Tsatsiki, homemade Pittas, Saganaki and Dakos Salad, on the wood oven in the garden. Pours hazy yellow orange with a mid sized white head. Quite potent from the off, very punchy hoppiness, streaky underlying bitterness and a good tropical edge, a little pineapple but there is also some sweetness and a little bit of grapefruit.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 17/08/23. Moderately hazed orange with a decent lasting white head. Nose is mellow citric flesh, pineapple, grass, sweet tones, papaya, melon. Taste comprises orange zest, tangerine, grass, mandarin, light perfume, grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Decent enough DIPA.
