Bottle at Taptap. Hazy pinky, amber colour, small head. Lemongrassy, citrus, sage herbal aroma. Light-bodied. Citrus, sage herbal flavour. Light fruity tartness. Ok but not worth of 30€.

26th March 2018; Shrewsbury Beer Exchange Group in Chez Sophie. Thanks Simon for this 75cl bottle. Misty amber body, wispy white head. I thought this was salty and sour from the start to the finish with a citrus leaning and didn't notice any Sage.

75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie March '18, thanks to Simon for this! Pours hazy amber, white head. Fresh, super floral herbal sage nose. Taste presents strong sage, menthol, some citric zest with a light body and subtle sour element and low carbonation. Interesting subtle complexities at work.

Caramel brown golden colour, white head. Herbal aroma, sage, yeasty sage. Herbal spicy flavour, sage, italian boiled pork (sage). Sour finish, lemon and sage. Nice! And the sage is prominent without overdoing it.

Sampled from 0.75 l bottle at Borefts 2017. Clear, golden amber. Slightly sweetish, sourish, herbal-spicy aroma of lemon, oak and sage. Minimally sweetish, moderately sour, slightly fruity and a bit herbal-spicy taste of lemon, oak and some sage, followed by a medium long, rather tart, woody-dry finish. Medium body, rather astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice!

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2017, day 1. Bottle. A bit unclear orange to lightly brownish color, no head. Smell and taste sourish, sage indeed, fruity sour. Very balanced. Even though this really isn't my kind of beer, it's still very well made.
