Very sweet, rich chocolate, toffee, toasted sugars, raisins. Basic but enjoyable.

CBJ bottle share, thanks to Cloin for the can. Clear dark brown beer, small bubbly dark tan head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Light bodied dark malts, little dark chocolate. Mild dark malt cream. A bitter edge on the back end and a little spice. Entertaining.

Can shared at craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks. A clear reddy mahogany brown coloured pour with halo of tan head. Aroma is semi sweet, brown sugars, amber, light roast, grass. Tea leaves. Peanut butter. Palate is medium sweet, brown sugars, spicy. Palate is medium sweet, spicy, moderate carbonation. Good.

Can. Color: Black, thin brown head. Aroma: Hazelnut, chocolate, roasted malt, boozy. Taste: A bit boozy, sweetish, roasted malt, hazelnut and chocolate notes, vanilla. Full body, low carbonation. Warming mouthfeel. Medium to over medium sweet, moderate bitterness. Nice one.

330ml can at home. Pours inky black with a medium brown head. Nose is sweet caramel, chocolate cake, vanilla, some coffee notes. Flavour is chocolate cake, booze, caramel, vanilla, oak, some slight espresso. Sweet finish
