Hazy golden color, small white head. Light fruity-wheaty aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Sweetish fruity floral hoppyness. Easy to drink in quantities. Yeah!

Cask at the brewpub, 10/04/15. Clear golden with a decent white cap. Nose is floral, yellow Turkish delight, light bread, faint spice, perfume. Taste is full on florals, parma violets, more Turkish delight, light citric. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Looks good, feels good, but lacks balance. Just too floral and perfumed, I struggled to finish half a pint of this.

Cask at the brewpub. Pours hazy gold with a frothy white head. The nose has some herbal hops, ginger, violets. Light sweet flavor with big floral notes, some wheat bread, spicy herbs, more violets, straw, lots of citrus peel. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Drying finish with lots of herbs, more wheat, hay, pale bread, lots of seated citrus. Lingering violets. Novel.

Cask at the brewery. Aroma is HUGE soapy lavender and kaffir lime leaves, perfume, Turkish delight. Clear mid golden coloured pour with a lasting white froth. Flavour follows with more kaffir lime, soap, spices. Way heavy handed with the spices. Little citrus edge. Doesn’t really taste like a beer. Lingering Turkish delight and a bit soapy. Palate is medium light bodied, moderate carbonation, semi dry finish. Bit too soapy for me.

Cask at the brewpub. Made with Kaffir lime leaves and Coriander. Clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry with modest fine carbonation. Sweet floral things! Mild Gin botanicals, little violets, mild floral lime. Dry finish. A lively tasting beer, just a bit dry.
