Cask (handpump) @ Craft Beer Co - Clerkenwell, 82 Leather Lane, Clerkenwell, Greater London, England EC1N 7TR. [ As Thornbridge Clerk's Well ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, light to moderate hoppy, fruity hops, butterscotch notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, tea, old hops, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160808] 6-3-6-3-11

Amber, clear, dense white head, good lacing
Aroma of soft citrus, tropical fruits, light sweet fruity malts
Taste of tropical fruits, soft hop resins, soft sweet citrus
Palate - Medium body, quite a rich texture, smooth, good bitter sweet blalance. Finish as main flavour, tropical fruits, dab of alcohol bitterness
Overall - Quite decent, but not one of their best

Cask @ Dirty Dick’s, Halifax. Golden with a notable strength, although a decent drinking texture. It’s fruity with some floral notes.

Cask at CBC Clerko, 10/08/16. Light golden blonde with a decent off white head. Nose is orange pith, straw, melon, bread dough. Taste comprises light grapefruit strains, straw, lemon rind, toasted grains, bread dough, bitter orange. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough cask IPA.

CBC Clerkenwell. Cask. Lightly hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light with modest fine carbonation. Smooth light pale malts, some floral sweetness. Mild marmalade and mild bitterness. A bit recessive.

Cask at Craft Clerkenwell. It’s pours clear amber with a medium white head. The aroma is pungent, grassy, straw, floral, stone fruits and fruity. The taste is bitter, straw, floral, citrus peel, pithy citrus, dry, peppery spice, grass and some astringency with a dry, grassy finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. A bit rough around the edges in my opinion.

Cask at the CBC Clerkenwell, at the thornbridge tap takeover . A clear orange golden coloured pour with a sticky white head. Aroma is vanilla, sweet toffee, toasted pine. Flavour is composed of sweet toffee, caramel malts, sponge cake, jammy fruits. Palate is sweet and sticky, lowish carbonation, decent cask condition. Decent.

Cask at CBC Clerks. Pours clear, hearty gold with a frothy cap. The nose has light jammy citrus, orange, pale grain. Medium sweet flavour with modest grassy bitterness, or age rind, lightly toasted gains, melon. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with grassy hops, finely toasted bread, mellow earth, more rindy bitterness. Solid.

Cask. Fast klare dunkel goldene Farbe. Geruch mild zitronig hopfig, citrus, karamellig. Geschmack mild zitronig hopfig, leicht harzig, citrus. Okay!
