Love the smell of Simcoe in the morning? With this Session IPA you’ll be riding a wave of citrus and peach, and when that wave crashes, you’ll want to get straight back on that board. More-than-moreish.

330ml can. Slightly hazy golden colour with a one finger white head. Aroma: vague citrus fruits and a light tropical note, wheat, floral. Taste: tropical fruits, floral hops, wheaty malt, light bitterness. Light body, moderate carbonation. Nice, sessionable, but otherwise unremarkable.

Keg @ Piccadilly Tap, Manchester. Golden with a glow and a thin head. Has a pleasant tropical fruit aroma and taste, and dry in the latter respect.

Keg at The Taproom, Manchester, Saturday 1st April 2017 in the company of Dad and Barry. Hazy gold with a slim white head. Wheaty but the hoppiness persistent from the off, it’s a very hoppy wheat beer. Fruity a little thin, refreshing, good stuff. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov14 3.4

Tap. Piccadilly Tap, Manchester. 4%. Clip states Session IPA. Unclear gold. Skim of white head. Nose has bright, citrus hop. Light pine notes. Cracker malts. Taste is clean, zesty bitter. Fairly dry. Light body. Clean, zesty bitter finish. This has obviously had a tweak. Good stuff.
