Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, grass, apricots, biscuits, dough, melon, soft malt and a mild citric/grassy bitterness in the finish. Light body, with a slight sweetness. Cask at Craft abar Pitmedden. It pours clear pale yellow with a fluffy white head. The aroma is soft, biscuity malt, doughy, summer fruit vibes, yellow plum and dolly mixtures. The taste is fairly dry, firm, pithy, zesty, twist of citrus, slightly soapy, fragrant, floral, daisies, grassy, cereal, touch of summer fruit, pic n mix, floury bread roll and light tannin with a drying finish. Light+ body and soft carbonation. Pretty unique and quaffable.
