We’ve teamed up with beer giants Amundsen to bring you this cask exclusive release. Hawking brings the traditional flavours of a cask pale ale and the refreshing hoppiness of an IPA together for a soft and full-bodied mouth feel. The combination of four varieties of Citra hops, accompanied by Strata, gives a burst of hoppiness, with subtle layers of Melon, Peach & Grapefruit.

(Cask at White Horse, Parson's Green, London, 27 May 2022) Cloudy/murky yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, lemon peel and pine needles. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, pineapple, passion-fruit, lemon peel and a mild citric/piney bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Really fresh and tasty, tastes a lot better than it looks. Very nice.

Cask @ Baum, Rochdale. Hazy golden-blonde with a small head. Tropical fruity brew with a heavy hoppy influence, which creates a lot more depth to the brew than its strength might suggest.
