Bottle. Pale Golden color with small white head. Aroma of malt, almost no hops. Taste is malty, refreshing, with no hops.

0,5l from bottle at Austrian Beer Challenge Day #2. Bb 28.10.2025. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells . medium body, soft carbonation. tastes bread, caramel, tobacco, grassy. finishes lightly bitter with notes of bread, tobacco and grassy notes. Good stuff, very good balance

Baumgartner Export, Flasche von Eurospar, Schärding. - Mit 5,7 % hat das Baumgartner Export schon richtig Wums, was ihm aber nicht anzusehen ist: hell goldgelb und blank fließt es ins Glas, bei sehr spärlicher Schaumbildung. - In der Nase mild getreidiges helles Malz mit fruchtigen Noten und nur leichter Hopfung. - Antrunk kernig getreidig-hellmalzig, fein gerstig und merklich schwerer als ein Helles. Schöne aber milde, weich zitrusfruchtige Hopfung, Anklänge an reife Pfirsiche. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang weich zitrusfruchtige Hopfenherbe. - Höherprozentiges Export, dessen Malzigkeit - trotz angenehmer Aromatik - dem Ethanolgehalt nicht ganz gewachsen ist, was sich in leisem, Bockbier-ähnlichem alkoholischem Grundrauschen zeigt. Nicht restlos überzeugend. (22.5.2024.)

Klare goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Getreidiger, leicht hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich getreidig, leicht hopfig, leicht fruchtig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

5,7 % Alkohol - deutlich mehr als bei einem normalem Hellen - und genau so gehört sich das für ein Export. Klare, hell goldene Farbe. Blumig, fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich hat man Getreide, eine ordentliche Portion Malzsüße, florale Noten und Frucht. Man merkt den höheren Alkohol- und Hopfengehalt. Sehr gutes Export - das die Eckpunkte, die dieses Bierstiles ausmachen, tatsächlich auch ernst nimmt.

Bottle 500ml. @ [ chriso & Boudicca's pre- GBBF Shindig 2016 ] - Chris and Ruth's House, London. [ As Baumgartner Export ].Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light floral. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, cardboard, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160806] 5-3-5-3-10

Bottle shared at the chriso and Ruth pre GBBF Shindig 2016 - London. Day 1. Pours clear yellow with a fluffy, white head. The nose holds cereal, lemon peel. Light sweet flavour, with more good cereal character, melon. Light bodied with average carbonation. Nicely crispy on the finish, with further cereal, hay. Nice lager.

Bottle shared at the pre GBBF chriso’s tasting day 1 06/08/2016. Many thanks to Beer Hunter for this one. A crystal clear yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is pale cereal grains, mineral grassy hops,. Palate is is semi sweet, moderate, carbonation, grainy. Flavour is composed of light cereal, noble hop, grassy. Ok.

Bottle @ Chriso pre-GBBF Shindig 2016. Pours a hazy yellow golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy aroma. Fruity malty grainy weak grassy flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy finish.
