Bottle from KWM. Appearance - deep brown, almost black and opaque. Off white to tan head. Nose - sweet cereal and nougat. Taste - more nougat, some malt loaf. Palate - medium bodied. Creamy texture. Light bitterness on the finish. Overall - probably still in hopped stout territory rather than full on Black IPA.
