(Draught at Oedipus Taproom, Amsterdam, 16 Feb 2019) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with oak wood, green grapes, grapefruit and sour fruit. Fruity, tart taste with notes of green grapes, apples, hay, oak wood and a tart finish with low bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tasty with a really fresh tartness. Very nice.

Draught @ BAF! 2018 [ Borefts After Festival ] @ Brouwerij Kaapse, Veerlaan 19-D, Rotterdam, Netherlands 3072 AN.[ As Oedipus Mint ].ABV: 6.5%. Unclear - hazy medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, sweet malt, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, wine, grapes, minerals, light funky notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, brett, funky, wine - red wine, saison yeast, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Pours slightly darker blonde/amber. Small white head. Smell is nice and full, lactic acid, funk, woody. Almost like a bit of Brett as well? Taste is sharp, dry. Tart ( lactic acid) no Brett in the taste though. Intense fruity side by the barrel, milder wood than the nose. Very nice!

Sampled @ BAF Rotterdam 2018. A slightly hazy light dark golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of bretty fruits, grapes, pale fruits. Taste of tart grapes fruits, yellow fruits, straw, some citrus fruits.

Thank you Kermis! Sampled draft @ BeerTemple. Golden, little head. Nose is amazing white wine, sweet gooseberry, litchi, massively fruity & juicy. Taste is all wine barrel mellow funk crazy fruit, white grape, litchi, white berries, so juicy, rich. Really amazing stuff, mint is basically abscent, maybe only illusion but who cares with a BA Saison this good.

Draught @ Beer Temple. Hazy ddep golden color. No head to speak of. Aroma's: sour, barrel/wood. Retronasal: sourish, light sweet, light funk. Flavor si sour and moderate sweet with hints of funk. Light bodied. Dry-ish tart woody finish.

Tap at BeerTemple. Pinkish golden with off white head. Nice funk, light berries, vinous, smells like lambic, light herbal, lots of Brett, light tart grapes. Medium sweet and bitter, light sour. Medium bodied. Nice!

8 3 9 4 18Draft at Beertemple, Amsterdam. Hazy golden orange with a small bubbly off white head. Aroma has a lovely funk, oak, vinous notes, citrus, light on the brett notes but coming out wonderfully with the saison and barrel. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and sour. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.
