Roasted grain and honey lead the nose and the taste profile. Smooth with some light citrus notes. Refreshing new world Pilsner.

Pours a hazy light golden colour with a big frothy white head, good retention and patchy-wavy foam lacing. Malty nose with some hops taking over this dad's body. The hops are the ones found in macro beers, looking artificial. The taste shows more real hops with a green leaf, herbal note. High bitterness for pilsner. The dryness lingers for a while. Not too bad, especially if you prefer a hoppier Pils, but not one I could drink much... like Euro Pilsner.

Can from the LCBO. Lightly hazed pale gold with a small short lived white head. Nose is light grains, grass, honey, light lemon. Light sweet honey and bread with a light+ grassy bitterness. Mouth is slightly thin with average carbonation and a short crisp finish. 7-/3+/6+/3/13

Flight at the brewery. Over my Dad Body Pilsner Lightly opaque gold with a herbal hop bouquet featuring citrus (lime) and herbal hoppiness and grainy sweetness. Nice light body and crisp easy drinking, I’d say it is slightly hoppier than a classic pils.

A lightly hazed golden pils with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, crisp biscuit malt with light chalky character, German hops, grainy notes, OK. In mouth, crisp biscuit malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light chalky notes, OK. On tap at Brother's Beer Bistro.
