Flaske fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Langnes. Drukket på Lillehøgda. Dyp, dyp amber. Nesten svart. Lavt skum med litt farge. Aroma av overmoden frukt. Smaken veldig tørre druer. På grensen til sur/wild.

Bottle split at L6, picked up online, 25/07/18. Rich mahogany brown with a decent light beige cap. Nose is tangy dark fruit shreds, charr, light spice, dark malts, funk, soured berry fruit skins. Taste comprises mellow roast, faint pine needle, background hop bitterness, soured fruit compote, charr, light black peppery spice, earthy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close spiked with moderate hop bitterness. Ok stuff.

Bottle shared in London - cheers! Pours clear brown with a frothy, off-white head. Brown bread in the nose, tangy berries. Light sweet flavour, some leather, mor berries, very low acidity. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Balanced finish, dry, quenching, more dried berries, light earth. Good fun.

Bottle at DS. It pours deep brown with a beige head. The aroma is earthy, sweet, sticky, tangy, tart, dried berries, must and such like. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, tangy, sweet-sour, earthy, firmly dry, earthy, hay, sherbet, citrus peel, wet wood, damp leaves and must with a firmly dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Aroma is muted, but tastes decent.

Level 6 Bottleshare. Thanks to Theydon_Bois. Clear dark amber beer, tiny pale tan head. Palate is light and fairly dry, good fine minerally crispness. Thin malts. Thin malts, little roast bitteeness in there. Sourish fruits. Mild pine. Little woody bitternes. Light finish. A bit too tart.
