Pig's Ear. Cask. Clear deep amber - brown beer, a few pale tan bubbles for a head. Smooth palate, fairly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth dark malts, semi sweet. Tangy fruits. Earthy coffee. Tangy fruity finish. Comes together okay but the dry mouthfeel starts to irk a bit.
