Canned. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is citrus, some spices, mild floral notes with some earth and mild wooden notes. flavour is sweet citrus, some floral and spicy notes along with mild earth and some wood. Quite mouthdrying, but also very refreshing.

5th December 2017
Post Pigs Ear Party at Chez Smith. Thanks to Matteo for the can. Light haze on this amber beer, small cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Very mild sweetness from the malts. Apricot is also very light. Mild bitternes on the dry finish. Okay.

Can. An amber beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of wheat, apricot, and cumin. The flavor is sweet with notes of cumin, lemons, wheat, and straw, leading to a dry spicy finish.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry yeasty, weeds, hay, fruit stones, yeast, minerals, sour grass, berry skin, hints of canned apricot. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, weeds, yeast, sour grass, minerals, paper, bark, leafs, hay, berry skin, hints of sour apricots. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Boring.

Sample from 33 cl can. Hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Fruity aroma with spicy notes, wheat malts and sweet fruits. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes drying with sweet fruits and wheat malts.

Can@yesprs - orange pour with medium white hesd. Fruity apricot prominence with some notes of dried fruit, some light spice, light to medium body, some light dried fruit and spice, spiced fruity finish.

Can from Ales by Mail shared with Ashton McCobb. Pours hazy pale gold with a thin white head. Aromas of orange and apricot. Not getting much spice or the expected banana. Taste is more apricot, a hint of banana. Spicing is very subtle.

Can thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - cloudy orange. Nice fluffy head. Nose - apricots and light spice but not sure it's cumin. Oranges. Taste - more orange and apricot. White pepper on the end. Palate - medium bodied and tangy. Dry tangy finish. Overall - interesting and good. More interesting than good mind.

Can 330ml. @ [ Højbjerg Tasting ] - Saxo House, Højbjerg - Aarhus, Denmark. [ As Sentinel AcW Apricot Cumin Wit ].Unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, fruity malt, moderate yeasty, witbier yeast, spicy - cumin. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, apricot, wheat, witbier yeast, spicy - cumin. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20171118] 5-3-5-3-11

Can shared in Hackney - thanks to Matteo. Pours clear gold with a fluffy, white head. Some pithy citrus in the nose, doughy wheat bread, straw, lemon peel. Light to medium sweet flavour with more wheat bread, light apricot, tangerine. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with further wheat bread, nips of melon, wheat flakes, hay. Very drinkable.
