Orange-rötlich, mit einer feinporigen Schaumkrone, schimmert das naturtrübe Bier im Glas. Durch die Verwendung eines speziellen Aromahopfens wird die Nase von einem Hauch Maracuja, Zitrusfrüchten und Banane umspielt. Angenehm leicht im Antrunk entfacht es mit seiner erfrischenden Spritzigkeit einen hopfigen Fruchtgeschmack, der im Abgang mit einer sehr dezenten Bittere langsam ausklingt. Der perfekte Begleiter für warme Tage.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque, orangey golden with a rich and frothy shaving foam style head leving a neat lacework. Solid bananaish bubblegum aroma with some yeast and an underlying hint of phenols. Medium body, dry and very yeasty, some banana and even some hops in the finish. But very far from the candy style weizens. refreshing. 191225

500ml bottle. Hazy, orange, bright, dark golden to amber colour with average to huge, thick, dense, fluffy, moderately to mostly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Yeasty fruity and mildly yeasty spicy aroma, minimally bready, wheaty malty background, hints of apricot, mirabelle, peach, banana, clove, a touch of nutmeg, whiffs of lime and lemon. Taste is wheaty malty with some residual sweetness, yeasty fruity and yeasty spicy, minimally diluted hints of apricot, mirabelle, peach, some pear, a touch of banana, clove, a weaker touch of nutmeg, citrusy hoppy overtones with a touch of mandarine. Watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Nice fruity flavours, not banana dominated, drinkable and refreshing - good.

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm and consumed at home Saturday 1st July 2023 sat outside it's been sunny and also cloudy, the temperature is very pleasant though, we'll be cooking Spiced Koftas with Grilled Flatbread and Tomato- Zaatar Dressing, listening to The Viagra Boys- Cave World. Pours hazy dark gold/light amber with a large white head. Nice softness, quite a fruity tang, wheatiness really striking, banana touches quite subtle here, this is good.

0.5 l bottle from 'Craftbeershop.com', best before November 2023. Very hazy, golden orange with a large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish, rather yeasty-spicy, slightly fruity-floral aroma of banana, pear, some clove and hints of citrus. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, quite yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity-floral taste of banana, grains, citrus, some clove and a touch of pear, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, quite effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Decent Hefeweizen, quite aromatic, unfortunately a bit light. Got intrigued by the name and expected a bit more.

7 3 6 3 14Bottle shared at Kim Jong Un Buurtcentrum, Zaandam. Fairly hazy golden orange with an off white head. Aroma is rich malt, smoked notes and butterscotch. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

500 ml bottle. Pours hazy vibrant orange, big fluffy head. Bubblegum, floral notes, some banana and clove, some estery notes, orange cest, lactose. Very mild taste, slightly sweet and acidic. Milky texture, soft carbonated, light bodied, dry finish. Nice summer Weißbier and very Witbier-like.
