Everyone loves a pale ale. Well that is what my Mam used to tell me... I wanted a super light, easy to drink pale with lots of fruity hops jumping around in your mouth. I toyed for months about if I should dry hop this or not, and did so many test brews and in the end it was a big yes. Galaxy and Chinook do that job for us. We couldn't just tame this with a keg or cask, so have done it in all mediums we possibly can

Craft Islington. Cask. Clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, modest fine carbonation. Clean pale malts, semi sweet. Modest orange peel hops. Touch of pine. Goes down okay.

Cask at CBC Islington, 18/12/18. Clear golden with an off white head that dissipates edgeward in time. Nose is mellow citric peel, grass, melon, toasted grains. Taste comprises melon, orange pith, gentle citric pith, hint of tea leaves. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough golde.

Cask at the craft beer Co Islington.a clear mid golden coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is midget gems, mamgo, tangerine, midget gems.. Flavour is composed of light grains, little straw, nutty, little grassy hop, tangerine, orange rind. Palate is semi sweet, ok cask condition. Not terrible.

Cask at CBC Angel - London. Pours clear goldnwith a frothy white head. Decent balance, some grainy pale bread, ripening citrus, straw. Light bodied with fine carbonation; alright condition. Fair balance on the finish. Fine.

10/10/2018. Tap at the Soup Shack, Eastbourne. Pours towards mid gold with a bubbly just off-white head. Aroma of citrus, hops, malt, light tropical fruits and herbal notes. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Moderate body, slight watery texture, average carbonation. Dry, hoppy, crisp finish with citrus bitters.

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 6th May 2018. Golden amber with shallow off-white foam and scant lacing. Caramel malt and citrus aroma. Malty and fruity in-mouth, and quite sweet. A sweet, malty finish. Hops appear to ‘die’ early on, which is a touch disappointing. Light body and mouthfeel.

Cask handpull at The Jenny Lind Hastings. Clear gold lasting white head. Some sweet malt. Some caramel . Not much hop. Light citrus. Hmmmm. Good condition.
