500ml Bottle - Golden with a foamy head. Lemon, grass and berries in the aroma. Bitter taste with lemon, blackcurrant, hop resins, hay and marmalade detected.

Cask (handpump) @ Craft Beer Co - Clerkenwell, 82 Leather Lane, Clerkenwell, Greater London, England EC1N 7TR. [ As Blackjack Royal Flush ].Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, sharp, sweet malt, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20151207] 5-3-6-3-11

Hand pump. Iodine, butter and grass aroma, light dusty. Deep golden, offwhite head. Medium light mellow dry body, ok balance on the palate. quite grassy herbal finish.

1st March 2016
Lightly hazy gold beer, big pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and has a fine minerally crispness. Light banana esters into modestly sweet floralness. A touch of pithy orange and orange peel. Light dry finish. Bitter linger. Not bad.

Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Golden with a smooth head and a medium malty character.

Cask at craven arms; clear light amber pour with thin white head, malty aroma, very malt forward pale some citrus hop, biscuit malts.

Cask @ Post Office Vaults. Has a defined toffee malt character with a few custard creams in the mix. Slight bitterness. Not really my thing.

cask at portstreet ... copper ... creamy tan head ... soft asweet toffee malt ... long bitter hop ... soft toffee malt ...way way to bitter and little soapy for me.
