Lightly hazed, golden-yellow colour with a frothy white head, average retention and some decent foamy lacing. Citrus nose with a touch of white grape juice and alcohol. The Sauvignon Blanc comes out even more in the taste, giving that vinous touch. The mouthfeel is juicy, and not too dry in the finish. Not thick either. A refreshing blend of the citrusy hops, these green-skinned grapes and mild warming alcohol.
