Lightly hazed, light yellow colour with a bubbly whitish cap, decent stay and minimal lacing. Big lemon nose with some grapefruit notes. The taste shows nice balanced sourness, lemon-citrus and a touch of salt. A decent body with crispness and light finish, but no tart. A nice 5% ABV Gose with refreshing citrusy action.

On-tap: Poured an amber with light reddish hue gose with a small white foamy head with light retention and minor lacing. Aroma of trat notes and ruby red grapefruit notes. Taste is also amix of ruby red grapefruit notes with some tart notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well done gose with nice grapefruit notes.

A hazed blonde gose with a thin white head. In aroma, nice tart mix of ground cherry, light lactic and Epsom salts, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice mix of tart lemon, light berries, light lactic notes, pleasant. On tap at brewery.
