75 cl bottle poured into a Dimpled mug. Clear amber colour with a golden tint. Thin lightly tanned head. Sweet spiced aroma with caramel malts, pine needles, cinnamon, fruits. Some citrus in the nose. Taste is light bitter. Medium bodied. Drying fruity finish with caramel malts and spicy notes Too heavy on the Christmas themed spices. Otherwise ok.

Bottle shared at Cotteridge Convention 23/06/18. Many thanks! A clear amber coloured pour with a halo of beige head. Aroma is cinnamon brown bready, nutty, apple, hint of toffee, burnt sugars. Flavour is composed of burnt brown sugars, candied pine. Palate is semi sweet, jammy, candied. not bad.

Tasting at Brian's, bottle
Brown colour. A bit of cardboard aroma, caramel, fruity esters, old Copenhagen bar. Smooth, some caramel, a bit earthy. Honestly, not bad, even if not a compelling Bitter.

Light brown, maybe a quick bubbly head. Smells like it's going to be a thin, vaguely figgy sort of thing. Sort of a crackery thin malt note, touch of figs or whatever, vague dark thing. Meh.

355mL can, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops upfront, with some dank notes, and biscuity malt. Flavour brings out piney hops, sweet resins, and light caramel. Sweet but not cloying. Pretty solid.

Bottle shared at Cotteridge Convention 2018 - cheers all! Pours clear copper with a foamy, off-white head. The aroma holds faded pine, ripe orange. Medium sweet flavour with ample bready malts, oily pine. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Ripe citrus in the finish, more oily pine, nips of alcohol warmth, lightly toasted bread. Fairly basic.
