Bottle, 8.0%. Surprisingly little aroma. Clear light copper colour. Good stable frothy white head. The flavour is fairly peppery and dry. Tastes like a dry tripel to me, or perhaps a Duvel or something. Hint of fruit, but more like a feeling than an actual flavour. Fairly light-bodied for the ABV, much like a tripel, but not thin at all. Clean enough, and good if you like this beer style. I prefer it with more flavour, residual sugar or the like.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with airy but stable white head. Mild aroma of malt and yeast, with touches of caramel. Bitter, hoppy flavour with sweetish, bready and malty notes and touches of yeast and caramel. Hints of spice and herb. Malty and estery aftertaste with bitter notes. Warming alcohol presence. Well, it tastes and smells more like a Heller Bock than a BSA. Drinkable but below the quality that can be expected from the brewery.

500 ml bottle, from a trade with Holmen2. ABV is 8,0%. Clear deep golden colour, large white head. The aroma has notes of herbal hops and hints of juniper berries, can't say I get much of the other berries / fruits that have been used here. The flavour has some fruitiness where the sloe, apricots, dates and tangerine come through in moderation, but the herbal hops and juniper berries are still dominant. A malty hint of caramel too. Fairly bitter finish.
